I love the look of summer neutrals and the shabby chic look of whites, beiges and tans.  It's such a cool, relaxed, elegant look on a hot day.  I recently made these earrings inspired by mixes of neutrals and textures.  What do you think about neutrals and shabby chic styles?

Spring Color Inspiration

One of my biggest inspirations in designing jewelry is color.  I always look forward to the colors that come with Spring.  This year Pantone has named the 2011 Color of the Year Honeysuckle.  Pantone's description of Honeysuckle is:

"Honeysuckle emboldens us to face everyday troubles with verve and vigor. A dynamic reddish pink, Honeysuckle is encouraging and uplifting. It elevates our psyche beyond escape, instilling the confidence, courage and spirit to meet the exhaustive challenges that have become part of everyday life."

That sounds good after a long Winter!
